Whipped potatoes, lasagna noodle (instead of pierogi dough;) buttery sauteed onions and smoked pork sausage. Yellow Wisconsin cheddar and mozzarella. Finished with sour cream and fresh chives. Available in both Woodfired $16 and Detroit $24.
